Matcha Chai Latte: The recommended daily intake is 10g (2 teaspoons). Put in a cup (250 mL) of water or plant-based milk and mix well to make it foam.
MSM: The recommended daily intake is 3-6g (1-2 teaspoons). Mix in a vitamin C filled beverage (eg. lemon water), that way MSM absorbs in better. MSM powder is best taken in the mornings on an empty stomach.
